Character Appearances are updated

The Character Appearances page has been updated to include all episodes in Seasons 1, 2 and 3, plus Season 4 up to Episode 4x04 (the last aired episode as of today). The episode count template in each Character page also matches the totals on the Character Appearances page. This update covers characters that have appeared in more than one episode. Characters that appear in single episodes should not use the template on their specific page.
