Terrence Pratt was a U.S. Senator and former police captain for the Washington, DC Metro Police Department, who was also one of the corrupt cops that Kathryn Hill was investigating.
In "Family Business", Pratt ordered a hit on Dennis Flynn, Jr. to tie up loose ends.
In "Brass Tacks", Pratt arranged for someone to tamper with the brakes in Peter's car, causing him to get T-boned and benched for a few days. He also left his biggest campaign donor, Cole Edwards, out to dry after Edwards was arrested for fraud.
In "In the Wind", Pratt is killed by James Bennett.
