Eva Perkins is the wife of Mozzie.
While Neal Caffrey was in prison, Eva was target of Mozzie's sweetheart con, only to realize after their marriage that he was also her target. During their honeymoon con in Morocco, Eva ran away with their score and abandoned Mozzie in Marrakech.
In "All's Fair", Eva resurfaced, asking Mozzie for a divorce due to her new love, Jack Conroy. Initially, Mozzie didn't want to believe that she had moved on but after much convincing, he decided to let her go until Eva called, asking for his help to steal the Faberge egg so they could run away together. With the help of Neal and Peter Burke, Mozzie was able to see through her con but when she was just about to get caught, Mozzie helped her escape. In the end, Mozzie and Eva didn't end up signing the divorce papers.
