Abigail Kincaid is a former high-end personal shopper and thief who blackmailed Neal Caffrey into stealing a piece of contemporary art from the Kessman Museum. Initially, she offered to make a deal with him: the Pascal for information from the U.S. Marshal's database on Ellen Parker. When Neal rejected her offer, she blackmailed him instead, planting his hair at the Marshal's office when she stole Ellen's files. After Neal successfully stole the Pascal from under Peter Burke's nose, Neal gave her the Pascal without taking her flash drive. Instead Neal called Peter, telling him that she was in possession of the stolen Pascal just as Jones was pulling up to arrest her.
During the episode, Abigail's romantic advances towards Diana Berrigan also made Diana realize that her relationship with Christie was over.
